Classes are by appointment for training or coaching. 

Improve skills specific to the student, therefore tailored on an individual basis. 

 

You may want to develop a better sense of line, better your game scores, overall movement ability, or just technique.

 

We use Pilates for strength training, enabling the use of style.

 

Benefit from use of long muscle, balance, core strength, injury prevention, transfer of weight.

 

Pilates is beneficial to competitors and players in individual and team sports. Olympian, professional, and recreational. Golf, Swimming, Running, Jogging, Dance, Rock Climbing, Mountain Biking, Snowboarding, Skiing, Tennis, Hiking, Diving, Football, Baseball, Soccer, Hockey, Gymnastics – and more.  All athletes benefit from core stability. All people need a strong spine. Learn to use all your body parts independently to move to a higher level functioning. For all the reasons. For every body.

Pilates for dancers

We can assist you with strengthening feet and ankles for stronger pointe work, for balance, allegro, especially petite allegro, turns, adagio, etc.

 

Also, as needed, to focus on upper body strengthening for better porte de bras, posture, balance, alignment, breathing and turns.

 

Classes are taught by a Royal Academy of Dancing Certified Instructor.
