Whether a
dancer,
runner,

foot or other ball player,

swimmer,
diver, hiker,
snowboarder,
or gardener. An
athlete
on any level. Or a person who simply
wants a better life. Our bodies need to move. They need to move freely with
joy, and without pain. We are here
to facilitate that process.
Some of us wish to be
thinner, lose a dress size or
belt notch or two, be
stronger, or curvier. Some want to jump higher, swing harder, improve golf
scores, bend backwards, gain flexibility, or kneel down. Some want thinner
thighs, narrow hips, a flat stomach, to touch their toes, and to eat
chocolates and ice cream for desert. Some want better stage presence. Some just

want
to believe they can. We want to help you do ALL those things, but hopefully
not all at once. Smile.
We incorporate decades of
movement training and education into our work to help you achieve your
goals. We are all about you, what you need.
So if you’re a
person, an athlete, a student of dance, a teacher, a granddad, a mom, a
couch potato, or someone recovering from an injury or illness, we
offer group, private, semi-private instruction and coaching involving
Pilates techniques geared to helping you meet your movement goals. This work is for all people, every body,
grooming you for better things, improving the mental and physical self,

and out.
